at the 7:00 minute mark OF THIS KANYE WEST VIDEO , ON THE JIMMY KIMMEL SHOW, KANYE MAKES AN INCREDIBLE POINT ABOUT NEEDING A "FUTURE CLASS" AS OPPOSED TO RE-HASHING HISTORY OVER & OVER,.. this guy is more brilliant & thoughtful than i realized ... he is at odds with all the filmmakers including the recent Spike Lee film entitled "black Klansman" which continually rehearse the "bad ol' days" of slavery and post-slavery segregation and the stories of anger & hate, FOR WHAT PURPOSE? TO make people angry again? To divide us and separate us again, or more so ? We need movies and stories and people to tell us positive hopeful things about the present and future to make the world BETTER, not worse !
